Welcome! 


Join The Park community all about neighborhood goodness, goodies, and grand fun! One of the major things that I adore about "The Park" is the walkability of the neighborhood.
Vitality is all about getting more movement into your life, and taking steps everyday to move your body. Walking around in the "The Park" is a great way to  get exercise. 


Recently, while watching 60 Minutes  there was an interview with Dr. Peter Attia, where he mentions that we should all work out for 10 hours per week. Personally I was stunned by the length of time per week but it motivated me to increase my workout time so that I could can have a long productive long life.  Dr. Attia encourages people to take a proactive approach to their health, Focusing on exercise, good sleep hygiene, managing stress, nurturing social connections, and adopting a balanced diet. 

Throughout the book there is a deep exploration and connecting the impact of diet on health nutrient dense food and its direct correlation for health, considering exercise the most important tactic for longevity. 


My plan is to walk to the the Firestone Public Library and check out his latest book "Outlive the science and art of longevity" which is all about the steps one can take to increase the length of your life.
